Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic yoga at Caspera Wellness is a gentle, somatic practice that supports your emotional and physical healing. Rooted in trauma-informed care, each session is designed to deepen self-awareness, calm the nervous system, and foster a safe, compassionate connection to your body. Sessions include mindful movement, breathwork, and myofascial release techniques to help release tension, reduce pain, and support long-term regulation.
