Therapeutic Yoga offers a gentle, science-based way to rebuild trust with your body, calm your nervous system, and build inner resources without pushing or performing.  This isn’t about flexibility or perfect poses. It’s about learning to feel safe inside your body again. 

What Is Therapeutic Yoga?

Therapeutic Yoga at Caspera Wellness integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) reflections and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) tools into traditional yoga traditions to support healing from the inside out.

Through slow, adaptive movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals, soften protective tension, and create new patterns of safety in your nervous system.
