About Caspera Wellness

A calm, compassionate space where mind, body, and nervous system healing come together.

The Caspera Approach

A Space to Come Home to Yourself

At Caspera Wellness, you’ll find a space where your whole self is welcome. The parts that are tired, the parts that feel lost, and the parts that are trying their best to hold everything together. Whether you're navigating chronic stress, life transitions, or a disconnection from your body, you don’t have to move through it alone.

Our work integrates neuroscience, IFS, and somatic regulation to help you understand how your mind and body interact. By creating safety in your system, we support lasting change, not through force, but through awareness and gentle rewiring.

A Space for Everyone

A non-judgmental environment where all parts of you can be seen, understood, and supported. Sessions blend counselling, therapeutic yoga, and somatic practices.

Meet Christina

I work with people who are tired of pushing through and ready for a more compassionate way of living. You may be navigating chronic pain, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from your body or identity. Whatever brings you here, every part of you is welcome.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, attunement, and nervous system safety. Together, we explore how your mind and body have adapted, and we gently listen to the parts of you that have been working so hard to protect you.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in corporate leadership and lived the realities of high-performance culture. My own journey through injury, burnout, and recovery, as an endurance athlete and as a human, shapes the heart of my work.

At the core of my practice is a simple belief:

You are not broken. Your system has been doing its best to keep you safe.

With support, your inner world can soften, settle, and shift toward clarity and connection.
