Welcome to Caspera Wellness
At Caspera Wellness, you’ll find a space where all of you is welcome. Whether you're carrying chronic stress, navigating life transitions, or trying to reconnect with your body, you don’t have to do it alone.
Led by Christina Casperson, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500), sessions are grounded in Internal Family Systems, clinical evidence-based practices, and somatic practices that support healing from the inside out. Together, we gently explore and welcome all parts of you, even the ones that feel overwhelmed, shut down, or unseen so you can move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and connection.
This is your invitation to return home to yourself, fully, courageously, and in your own time.

The Caspera Way

About Me
FROM CORPORATE TO WELLNESS
I work with people who are tired of pushing through and ready to explore a more compassionate way of living. You may be living with chronic pain, feeling burned out and disconnected from your body, or holding emotional experiences that feel too big to name. You might sense there is something more possible for your life, even if you are not sure what that looks like yet.
Whatever brings you here, I welcome all of you—every part, every question, every hope.
I am here to offer a steady presence and a grounded space to begin. Together, we can explore the ways your body has adapted, the stories your mind has carried, and the parts of you that have worked so hard to protect you. Through gentle curiosity and attuned connection, we begin the process of listening inward, allowing what has been exiled or ignored to come into the light with care.
My work is rooted in the deep belief that healing happens when we are seen, when we are safe enough to feel, and when we are supported in moving at our own pace. Before becoming a counsellor, I had a career in business and lived the realities of high performance culture. My personal journey through injury and recovery as an endurance athlete now informs my clinical practice.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), Level Two training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) through the IFS Institute, certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and a 500 hour yoga teacher certification (RYT500). This integrative foundation allows me to support clients in connecting the dots between their physical symptoms, emotional experiences, and the deeper parts of them that long to be understood.
At the heart of what I offer is a simple but powerful belief. You are not broken. You are doing your best with what you have been given. Together, we can uncover what is getting in the way of living from a place of clarity, choice, and connection, and gently begin to move toward the life that is waiting for you.
